On Saturday evening, we'll be holding an awards banquet to celebrate the Northwest Region's winners from the past show season (2024 - 2025). If you plan to attend, get your banquet reservations as soon as possible!

Location: The awards banquet will be held at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds in Building 3 — 4056 N. Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815.

Event schedule

5:00 pm: No-host bar
6:00 pm: Barbeque buffet dinner
7:30 pm: Awards presentation following dinner

BUFFET MENU

SALAD: Caesar Salad
ENTREES: Slow Cooked BBQ Brisket; Grilled Chicken Thighs; Smoked Sausage; Grown Up Mac n Cheese
SIDES: Wood Fire BBQ Beans; Smashed Red Potatoes; Roasted Corn with Jalapeno off the Cob; Honey-Kissed Cornbread with honey.
DRINKS: Iced Tea, Lemonade, Water
DESSERT: Cake

SPONSOR A JUDGE'S BANQUET DINNER!

Show your support of the judges (and the club!) by covering the cost of their Saturday evening banquet dinner. Sponsorship is $50 USD and includes a business-card ad in the Awards Booklet, listing in the Awards Booklet as a Banquet Sponsor, and a table-top tent sponsorship card at the judge's banquet seat. Availability is limited to one sponsor per judge, so don't delay! Order on the Banquet Form (along with your banquet reservation).

DRESS ATTIRE

Regarding the dress code, you can wear whatever you like. Be as glitzy as you want, or as casual and comfortable as you want!
